The Junior Faculty Development Workshop is a half-day professional development workshop designed for junior faculty to explore and discuss specific strategies to enhance their careers. The workshop consists of short presentations, a panel discussion, and interactive discussions on topics essential for understanding the academic medicine environment, discovering your career options, and developing your professional portfolio. This is a fully in-person workshop.
*Due to the focus on the promotion and tenure process, the workshop is limited to active status, regular faculty (full-time) in the GW Medical Enterprise. For Limited Service Faculty, please stay tuned for other CFE offerings
