This is a professional development workshop, designed for faculty members in specialized appointments to explore and discuss specific strategies to enhance their careers. The workshop consists of short presentations and discussions for understanding the academic medicine environment at GW. You will have the opportunity to discover your career options.
This is a fully remote workshop.

- Identify strategies to raise your professional achievements through development and mentoring.
- Formulate an Individual Development Plan.
